Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for payments made through Ghatal Co-operative Agriculture & Rural Development Bank (CARD Bank) services.

1. General Policy

All payments made to CARD Bank via our website are generally non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it is considered final. However, under certain circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Accidental overpayment or duplicate payment.
  • Incorrect charges due to a technical error or system malfunction.
  • Fraudulent transactions proven to be unauthorized or unintended.
  • Failure to provide the services due to internal errors by CARD Bank.

Refund requests for these reasons will be considered only if submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:

  • Payments made towards loans, EMIs, or outstanding balances.
  • Any processing or administrative fees associated with the services.
  • Any services that have already been rendered.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must submit a formal request to our customer service team at ghatalcardb@gmail.com. Please include the following details:

  • Transaction reference number
  • Payment date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documents, if applicable

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days. If approved, the refund will be credited back via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund has been approved, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution. CARD Bank is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.

6. Third-Party Payment Gateways

Payments made through third-party payment gateways are subject to their respective refund policies. If a refund is applicable, the payment gateway provider’s refund and transaction reversal terms will also apply. For more information, please refer to their terms of service.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates.
